Part I
Sheri Meadows: She didn't know when she finally drifted off to sleep, but it had to be soon after, because she didn't remember much else after he pulled her down onto the bed beside him and tugged her into his arms. Sure, they'd been talking, but the conversation slowly faded and the next thing Sheri knew it was morning. They were still all tangled up together and a look over her shoulder would have her learning that he was still sound asleep. It made her smile. In an attempt not to wake him, she carefully reached for the cell phone that was sitting on the edge of the nightstand. She'd left it there the night before and now she was checking the time as well as shooting a text message to TC, telling him, 1. that she was okay, and that, 2. he'd been right. He was the one to warn her that the wolf that turned her might come looking for her and while she'd hoped he'd be wrong, right now she was really glad he wasn't. Then again, that's because it turned out to be Tre. Had it been someone else, she was fairly certain she wouldn't be quite as happy as she was right now. -d
Tre Williams: Surviving meant learning to be a light sleeper. Her movements woke him up, but he didn't mind. No he gave a light groan though, sounding as if he didn't want to be woken. His outside arm would wrap around her waist, tugging her to and against his frame again. Sleeping with her in his arms was the best sleep he had in awhile. Fucking her brains out may have had something to do with that, though. Kissing at the back of her neck, he held her tight. "Nnhhh," he groaned again. "What time is it?" he said, head buried behind her, hiding from any sunlight sneaking into their motel room that morning. -d-
Sheri Meadows: Figuring she had something to do with it, her brow furrowed when she heard him wake up. "Mmm, it's early," she said, a little smile playing on her lips as he kissed the nape of her neck. It sent chills spilling down her spine and she shivered, snuggling deeper. "Little after seven," she added. "I'm sorry if I woke you." She didn't want to. "I just wanted to shoot a text to TC. Let him know I was all right." She'd told him she'd been staying with a friend. The redhead was actually more than all right. Like him, it had been the best sleep she'd had in awhile and while she could have reasoned it was because they'd fucked like animals, she'd actually become an animal not too long ago, and she slept better than she had even then, so she was pretty sure it was him. "How're you?" she asked with a smile, twisting around to face him with it. -d
Tre Williams: Holding her, he lifted his head up. One eye was closed, the other squinting as it looked around the room. Head turned side to side taking view of everything. Half lidded eye came to settle on her and with a seriousness he said, " Too early...too sober." Dropping his head back down behind her with a grin as he held her tight. "Mmm, and happy to wake with you in my arms," he said with a smile. "So...you settled for Seattle. I...might...be able to do that too." Did he fear commitment? No. Yes. Kind of. Not to a woman, though. The right woman came into his life he could commit in a heart beat. However, choosing a single city? Now that was crazy talk for this man -d-
Sheri Meadows: She chuckled softly, shaking the bed slightly with it as she watched him look around the room, all one-eyed like that. "I'm sorry, baby," she said, again, all apologetic. "I tried not to wake you." She really did think she had been as careful as she could. When he said he was happy to wake with her in his arms, it pushed all those concerns aside and left a smile in their wake. Leaning in, she brushed her lips against his chest, covering it with a few kisses in response, though he gave her reason to pause when he mentioned maybe being able to settle for Seattle. "I didn't really settle. It just happened," she said softly. "When I managed to drag my ass home from the swamp I packed up some shit and just took off. Didn't give any thought to where I was headed until I was on the road." She shrugged. "Then when I got here..." She rolled to her back, looking between him and the ceiling as she told him the story. "I stopped to eat and ended up running into two people that pointed me in TC's direction. It wasn't until I met him that I learned they were vampires." Just saying it still had her shaking her head because it sounded so crazy. Then again, she thought they were the insane ones back then. Now she knew better. -d
Tre Williams: He moved to his back as she started kissing down his chest but once she stopped to discuss what things she had been up too, he'd scoop an arm under her and pull her frame on top of his. Hands resting just above her ass, on the small of her back. Looking up in her eyes he smiled. "Dead heads, eh?" he said smirking. "Well...they aren't all bad, I guess." Leaning up, he kissed her forehead. "What does my lil Cherry wanna do today? Hmm? Tour the city...show me your new friends...cripple each other...?" he said, blurting random item after item of things they could do. "Drink?" he said with a smirk. Hands slid over her ass, cupping softly. "Long as I got you...I got happiness." -d-
Sheri Meadows: Dead Heads. Her brow arched at the terminology because she was new at this. "I didn't believe them at the time, but they're the ones that told me what happened." She pursed her lips, remembering Victoria telling her she was 'infected' like it was yesterday. "Then they gave me TC's number and told me I needed to call him." It took her a million tries the next morning, but she finally got the nerve to stay on the line and talk to him. "When I did, he came and got me." And it's why she pretty much stayed ever since. If she had to put a name to it, she might call it loyalty, because if it hadn't been for him, she had no idea what would have happened to her. Her petite frame was blanketing his much broader body. He'd pulled her onto him and was now holding her close as he peered into her eyes, smiling. As for what she wanted to do, she said, "That's what I was doing when I woke you up. Was trying to see if TC would be around today and if he'd mention bringing you by." It should have told him that she'd already mentioned him to the man, even if it was just to say that the one who bit her had sought her out. Gazing down at him as she was, she fell silent, her lips pressed together as her head kept going back to what he said earlier and then she finally just had to ask. "What did you mean by maybe? I'm not going to just wake up one day and find you gone, am I? Because I'm telling you right now, I'll hunt your ass down and shoot you myself if you do me like that." Her brows were knit and the forehead he'd previously kissed was creased with worry. Sure, it was probably making her sound like some crazy, clingy bitch, but it was all coming from a place she couldn't avoid: her past. -d

Part II (Finale)
Tre Williams: His hands gripped her ass cheeks tight as he tilted his head to look her right in her eyes. "I just meant..Seattle seems a lil dreary. All this gray, after all," he said, smiling at her. "It was no implication of you. You. You are already in my heart. As far as I am concerned, you are my mate." He sat up on his elbows now. Keeping his eyes on hers for the moment. Staring deeper. "I haven't lived anywhere for more than a year or so. Like my howl...I drift with the wind, darlin'. If I leave...I'm putting your ass on my bike and hauling out with you," he said with a grin. "Not leaving you." -d-
Sheri Meadows: The release of tension from her body was a tangible thing. Not only could he feel it, but he could see it disappearing, first from her face, then her neck and shoulders and all the way down her back until she was laying on top of him, completely relaxed. Dropping her head to press a kiss to his chest, all her hair fell forward, a wild cascade of red that spilled across his torso as she touched her lips to his skin. "I know I sound like a psycho sometimes," she said softly, lifting her head enough to peek at him through a few strands. "I just have..." She paused, looking for the right word. "Issues. Thought I dealt with all that shit, but it surfaced again when..." She stopped herself from saying it, not wanting to make him feel bad. Instead, she said, "Recently." His description of Seattle had her chuckling. "It's not that bad. I actually had to wear a sweater the other day. A sweater." She emphasized the word, adding. "In fucking July." That was unheard of in New Orleans. "It is different, though." New Orleans had a different energy that she fed off of. Or maybe it was just that she was different now. "I don't know," she said with a sigh, laying her head on him, cheek to his chest. Her ear was over his heart and she listened to it, letting it calm her. "Just don't leave without telling me," she murmured low. "Have had enough of that shit to last me a lifetime." -d
Tre Williams: He moved his hand from her ass. One arm slid around the small of her back as the other combed fingers through those fiery strands of hair. Breathing slow, his heartbeat was just as tranquil as he. It was no doubt easy for her to calm down listening to that. He laughed a little at her sweater comment. "I like a good beach coast to ride down...what can I say? Though a windy road through woods isn't bad, either." he said, showing signs he wasn't fully against Washington and Seattle. Slow inhale and exhale. "Once we go through the mating ritual...once we truly bond...you won't be able to get rid of me," he said with a grin. "You'll always know where I am," he said. "You'll be able to..sense me. He smiled at the thought. "We can meet this TC whenever he wants. I don't mind. Now...the real problem." He took a deep breath like it was a hard choice. "I'm starving. Do I...take you out to eat and satisfy, most likely, both our hungers? Or...do I stay still and not risk having to watch you cover this masterpiece up?" He was grinning as he looked down to the top of her head as she rested to his chest the way she did. -d-
Sheri Meadows: His heartbeat was like a lullaby, and as she lay there, the curves of her body molding to the hard muscled lines of his masculine form, she found she was the most content she could ever remember being, more so as he secured her to him by sliding an arm around the small of her back and combing his fingers through her long hair. Her scalp tingled as he did so, and those little electricity-like jolts made her smile as they traveled down her back. "Mmm," she murmured low, the sound practically a purr. If he didn't know better, he might think she was a cat! At the mention of the mating ritual and them bonding, she lifted her head again, her hazel eyes connecting with his blue ones in time to catch his smile when he said she'd be able to sense him. He could have told her a million times that he'd never leave and while she would have taken his word for it, it was at that exact moment that she believed it all to be true. Dropping her hands to either side of him, she supported herself on the bed and leaned forward, lowering her head to his for a lingering kiss. "Too bad places like these don't have room service," she said with a giggle when she pulled back from his lips. Then they'd be able to kill two birds with one stone. Of course, that wouldn't take care of meeting TC, but he hadn't texted her back yet, so she didn't even know if he would be part of their plans later that day. "At some point I will have to go back to his place, though." She was sliding off him and stretching out at his side. Her top leg was draped across his and she was idly tracing one of his tattoos with her fingertips, thinking. "I have no clean clothes," she said, laughing. "I honestly should be looking for a place, though...he's been nice, telling me I can stay as long as I want, but I must seriously be cramping the man's style." He was a good looking guy, single...surely he'd like to bring a lady back every now and then, no? Last thing some woman was going to want to see was another woman living there. "What do you think?" she asked, lifting her eyes to his. -d
Tre Williams: "We can always get take out or order a pizza," he said with a grin. Hands came to grab at her hips softly, holding them as she leaned down for that kiss. Suckling her lower lip as her head pulled back. Watching her slide from on top. Arms were moved behind his head. Turning his head, he watched her. Her warm leg over his had his own moving. Foot would slide up and down the bed, causing his knee to rise and settle back down on the bed. In turn, his thigh gently caressed up and down hers, rubbing between her legs as she asked about looking for a place. "What do I think? I think if you want to stay out here, it's very possible I'll be wanting to stay out here. So if I'm gonna be...out here, I'll need a place to find." Pausing he grinned, watching her eyes and how she was responding to the caressing of her inner thigh, as well as the words escaping his lips. "Thinking it would be a waste of money...of gas...to both get a place. Maybe instead of you looking for something...we...should look for some place to stay." -d-
Sheri Meadows: Take out still involved them getting out of bed and dressed. Pizza, on the other hand, meant they could stay right where they were until there was a knock at the door. Though, Sheri wasn't sure if there was such a think in Peshastin, or if Leavenworth delivered as far as the lodge. But she supposed that's what the front desk was for: information! Surely the person running the place should know. As he lay there, looking down at her, she couldn't help but smile. He was just so damn hot, and with him rubbing at her leg like that, he was damned irresistible to boot. The smile she was wearing not only lit up her eyes, causing the corners to crease ever so slightly, but it grew wider when he said he was going to want to stay. By the time he suggested they look for a place together, she was even showing teeth. "Yeah?" she said, softly, biting down on her bottom lip. "Think you can stand waking up to me every day and trying to share closet space?" Note she said trying. That meant, while she wasn't a complete clothes horse -- it took a lot of money for such things, she had a lot. -d
Tre Williams: Leg would slide further up, moving higher between her thighs. He loved teasing her body. Grinning when he saw the light in her eyes about him not only sticking around, but staying in a home with her. "I mean...I'm not perfect. There are a lot of things that come with living with me," he said, still grinning. " I mean...torn clothes...hard to wash out blood stains...grease...oil. And I might never let you go at night...gonna wear you out every night, and him," Looking down to his crotch then to her grinning, "He might want to feed you breakfast in bed every morning." He was teasing her. "I don't need much clothes. Few pairs of jeans, handful of tees, my vest...and I'm golden," he said, smirking about her closet space. "Heck...half the time it never makes it to the closet anyway." -d-
Sheri Meadows: Would it surprise him that she'd never looked for perfect? Perfect in her eyes equated to the suits and frat boys she'd taken advantage of in bars, and as he found out the night they first met, back when he asked her outright if he was a mark, he didn't fall into either of those categories. Those were pretty boys. She liked the ripped jeans, tees and leather, and she liked what was underneath it all even more. "If this is your scare tactic, you might want to rethink it," she said, laughing softly. Her eyes had traveled down his body, dipping below the waist. "Because," she started, bringing her lips to his stomach and kissing right beneath his belly button, before continuing. "Breakfast in bed every morning doesn't sound disappointing." Neither did having him wear her out every night. He'd done so the night before and that had been the best sleep she'd gotten in years. She hadn't even slept that well after the first shift. Then again, she hadn't had him to curl up with afterward either. With another kiss to his abs, she started to get up and the ends of her hair dragged across his crotch, teasing him -- whether she did it on purpose of not, he'd never know, because she'd never tell. Instead, she was sitting on the edge of the bed, her back to him as she scrolled through her phone, looking to see if there was such a thing as pizza delivery in this town. Neither one ate much the night before, food-wise, ahem, so if she was hungry, she knew he had to be. "What do you like on your pizza?" she asked randomly. And no sooner had she asked it, than she realized something else. "And what's your last name?" She'd stopped what she was doing and was looking over a shoulder at him. Here they were, talking about moving in together and more, and she didn't even know the little things about him. Then again, when did she ever do anything according to society's rules? She'd been living on the outside looking in since she was sixteen, and she was pretty sure she wouldn't be fitting in now that she was a werewolf. -d
Tre Williams: He laid there across the cool and now dry sheets, watching as she seemed entertained by daily breakfast in bed. His eyes were on those lips as they kissed down his stomach, teasing him, even with her hair. It had that member twitching a little. Not standing straight up in full salute, but he wasn't asleep anymore. But she, however, was on the move. He squinted, shooting playful daggers at the tease, grinning all the more. Soon she was asking about what he wanted as her back was to him. He adjusted a little and sat up, looking down at her backside as his hand slowly slid into her hair. Taking a soft grip, he tugged, pulling her head back enough so that she was looking up. "Dead stuff," he said, with a grin. If it was meat he'd take it. Ground beef, Italian sausage, pepperoni, chicken. "Meat lover...hold any anchovies, though." Not even a ninja turtle ate fish on pizza. His hand was moving to palm a bit of the back and side of her head, using it to turn her around and pull her to him on the bed. Tempting her with some meat of his own. Her face now inches from that member. "Williams," he said. Then he'd give her his true, full name, letting her know who he was for real. "Atreus Williams." That honesty, that trust, meant he cared. That he believed she wouldn't use what she learned of him against him. Looking at her with a devious grin. "Keep teasing me like that and maybe I'll need to feed you sausage myself." Grinning wider. Yep, he teased a lot and he enjoyed hers even if it sounded like she was getting "punished" for it. No. It was all a game, the back and forth arousing of each other. -d-
Sheri Meadows: If she saw the look he gave her (she did!), she ignored it, the corners of her mouth twitching as she did so. She tried to concentrate more on her phone, but in near perfect peripheral she would pick up little things here and there and she'd feel him moving around on the bed, sitting up just before threading his fingers through the lengthy thick mass of her hair. The tug on those strands was unexpected and the gasp that escaped her lips said as much. Staring up at the ceiling, she still laughed at his 'dead stuff' remark. "Good to know," she said with a little grin, but what was even better to know was his name. Despite the position she found herself in -- face to face with his cock -- her eyes flickered upward, holding his own as she slowly smiled. "Pleasure to meet you," she said teasingly, the tone of her voice a hint that he was in trouble, and sure enough, there she went, loosely puckering up those lips and pressing them to the tip. "For the record," she said, nuzzling her cheek to his dick, letting her skin and hair tease him some more, "You're selling yourself short calling this a sausage." She winked up at him. He was a hell of a lot bigger than that. And now it was her turn to smirk. -d
