Okay... Today has proven to be a very trying day. So, I'm going to get this off my chest now and try to do it in the nicest way possible.
-Pulls out soap box and stands on it; Calls for everyone's attention-
1) Be Active - This is a GROUP storyline. It means that you should play with more than one or two people. It also means you should play in public rooms. If you don't have the time to dedicate to a group sl... then maybe you need to re-evaluate your priorities.
2) Make It Happen - Don't sit around and wait for play to happen. No one is going to be held accountable for your characters lack of involvement, but you, his/her mun. Step out of your norm and initiate play. This means you can open rooms too. -Gasp!-
3) Be considerate - Meaning... if you make plans to play with someone, do it. If something comes up and you can't? Make the effort to contact them and let them know so people can initiate play with others. So that out of respect, people are not left sitting around twiddling their thumbs, waiting on a play date that's not going to happen. (And yes, everyone knows things come up. Its understandable. No one is saying that's wrong or faulting you for it. Things in life takes precedence.)
The reason for this? Because I am seeing repetitive issues that have been addressed before and for some reason, its not getting through. As one of the few that help run this sl, I felt it necessary to point these things out, in black and white. And while there's no need to point fingers or single anyone out, there is a need for these things to be addressed as a whole.
