Alex Vipond: Alex walked out of the Star 101.5 studio and was heading for the bank of elevators that would take him back down to the lobby. The promo spot for the album had gone well, yet he stood there, a slight scowl on is face, fingers of his left hand, turning that double dragon ring round and round the finger on his right as he otherwise grew quite still in thought. When the elevator arrived and the doors opened, he still stood there, lost in thought. When the doors began to slide shut, his hand shot out with near blinding speed to catch it before it could close.
Phoenix Saga: As usual, Jane would be sent out to scout the scenes and the local natives of this city. Not that she minded any for she liked being out in the open where she could enjoy her number one hobby of drawing and painting, while not following orders. One of the things on her list to do was check out this Fisher plaza to see if it would be a good location for a new business venture Aura was looking into. Honestly she could care less but orders were orders and she followed them like the obedient girl she was. The place looked huge on the outside to her and when she stepped inside to the lobby, her eyes widen with the vast amount of space held within. What humans have built still astounded her with all the plastics, wood, and metals used to construct these buildings, so unlike back home. She quickly hurried towards the nearest elevator so she could go about her duties, yelling out for someone to hold the eleveator for her. -fin-
Alex Vipond: Stepping in, he smiled apologetically to those already within, then checked the panel to make sure the lobby was selected. One hand rose to slide through his hair, drawing it back temporarily from his face before both hands slid into the pockets of his jeans. As the car stopped on the way down to the lobby, Alex would side step, or back, as was needed to let people off, and others on. Elevators were for him... quite claustrophobic. It wasn't the press of bodies; it was the sound of them: The beating of their hearts, the course of their blood through their veins. For all that he was bottle fed, he was, still, a vampire. He gave a double take to the secretary... pardon, administrative assistant in the stiletto heels and short skirt. She looked back at him and gave a flirtatious smile. He did look every bit the rocker in his ripped jeans, wallet chain, Pearl Jam t-shirt, and leather jacket. Idly he wondered if she knew yet that she was knocked up. That faint echoing flutter of a heart beat was definitely coming from her. It was with relief that when the doors opened on the lobby, the herd started out.
Phoenix Saga: The adorable petite little red head skidded to a halt before she could collide into the stampede that was presented before her when those elevator doors open as she missed a previous one moments ago. She let out a high pitch EeeCK when a robust, tall man smacked right into her, causing her to fall right down on her behind. Her drawing pad and bag of drawing utensils sprawled out onto the floor. She let out a soft groan as she slowly began to gather up her things. Her drawing pad had flipped open to a drawing of what looked like a man wolf fighting a man tiger in stunning visual detail which was offset by the tiny pictures of fairies and a unicorn in the background that made it less horrific and more ...girly. She looked around and at the elevator door to see if anyone else was about to walk out and smack right into her with an embarrassed look upon her youthful face. -fin-
Alex Vipond: Alex glared at the man's back, and then squatted beside the felled woman to help her pick up her things. "Put a man in a suit and it still doesn't hide the fact that he was born in a barn..." His eyes fell to the drawing pad, the sketches there, one brow rose. Two things were prominent in his mind: One that she was, no doubt, aware; Two, she was talented. He smiled and offered her the things he'd gathered. "Some people are just rude."
Phoenix Saga: She gave a sheepish grin and a slight curtsey bow to him. Taking her things and giving a soft, kind smile."Yes, I thank you. Most people would have kept on walking and not bothered to help. Tiny little thing likes me gets easily trampled on by the bigger people. Perhaps it was my fault for running in the first place like I had some deadline to meet, silly me." She closed her eyes and smiled, maknig her look even younger then she did now. She barely looked like a teenager let alone eighteen even though she was clearly devloped. She had to brush the locks of crimon red hair from her face letting her pretty peircing blue eyes stand out even more against her fair skin tone. "I thank you, kind sir." -fin-
Alex Vipond: "You are most welcome." He smiled, that piece of Doublemint gum rolling around to the other side of his mouth, and then he moved to step around her. "Have a good day and hopefully no one else will try and flatten you." She was a tiny thing, and whereas yes, it could be used as an excuse for not seeing her immediately, but it was still no excuse for the man having all but run her down.
Phoenix Saga: She dusted herself off and made sure her things were ok. Lucky she didn't have her camera with her or she had worried about breaking it in her little tumble just now. She straightened out her black shirt and blue jeans, trying to smooth out any wrinkles. She glanced around and then looked back to him. "Thank you, I will try to avoid the big ones next time. Hey you wouldn't know of any good places that are hiring do you? That take in someone young but experience? Second question would be, what is good around here in this plaza. Last one is what do people do for fun here? Sorry to ramble these questions on, you look like one of the locals and may know the info an out of towner like needs to know, at least so I can navigate around here better, if you do not mind sparing a moment. I promise I won't burden you with any further questions then the ones I've just asked." -fin-
Alex Vipond: Alex paused, gum rolling back over to the other side of his mouth as he chewed, while he regarded her. The pregnant secretary was skirting around them and Alex glanced her way; then looked back at the artist as he slipped his shades from the neckline of his t-shirt. Never mind that it was cloudy out, it was still out that he was heading. "What do you do, what are you looking for, how much are you looking to get for doing it, and there's all kinds of stuff. Museums, art galleries, the Space Needle, Smith Tower is a good one, less touristy, but rich with history, and then there's the Market and the Maritime Museum if you're into that thing. And coffee. Lots and lots of coffee..." He chuckled.
Phoenix Saga: She paused for a moment in thought. Trying to organzied her answers and take in the various places he just mention. Making mental files to file away for later for the places she needed to go check out. She gave a soft giggle at the coffee remark. " I do not drink coffee, I am hyper enough on my own without added caffeine in the mix. I worked as a personal assistant slash glorified secretary. Your girl friday I have been called by my last employer. I've done various things for past employers. What I am looking to do, well I am great with taking care of plants and animals, nature just loves me." She smiled at that remark cheerfully. "Um, I don't mind being someone driver, I have execellent driving skills and I can even sail a boat and got my pilot license a year ago. I am a bit of a "Traveler" you could say. I am willing to do a job with computers, I am pretty handy with those, tech nerd here. I can type hundred words per minute on a bad day. I can speak ,red, write in eight different langauges, I also know sign langauge of each of them and brail reading. Hehehe I like to be very thorough and why learn how to speak and write a langauge without knowing how to read it as blind people do or sign langauge for hearing imparied. Part of a task I had was being an interepator for my previous employer who dealt with a lot of foreigners. I am handy with a camera and drawing, though painting and drawing more of a hobby. I never been asked to use that skill set towards a job. Silly me I am rambling almost my entire resume here aren't I? See, told ya I am hyper enough on my own. Payment wise, enough to have a room over my head? I do not mine being giving living accomdations in part, cut down need for pay to rent and such. Sorry to babble on." She just placed a hand behind her head and laughed softly. -fin-
Alex Vipond: "Really..." He planted his shades on top of his head, drawing his hair back with them as he did so as he stepped toward her. "Have you ever worked in the music industry?" That gum was rolled back around again and he chewed slowly as the wheels in his head spun faster as she spoke. She was, from the sound of things, if anything, overqualified. "I'm heading back to my studio, if you would care to come with me, check the place out, and we can discuss it some more if you like what you see."
Phoenix Saga: She blanked out for a secound at the mention of music industry and studio. Was he a talent no no ,looking over his outfit, a musician? She felt silly as she was alittle bit out of sorts today. "Um, not really, although I have done some logo designs for muscisians and labels when asked to. One of the only few times I got to using my drawing skills as I was asked to draw ,,,creative things for those death metal bands. I had a boss who was really into grunge music and did some business with a few bands. Beside that, my music industry experience is low but I am always willing to learn, not like I have much of a social life." She said in a almost soft whisper. The offer to come back to his studio sounded a lot better then wandering aimlessly around this giant place. "I would be delighted, if anything to pay you back for helping me up and being kind to my bombardment of questions. Lead the way." -fin-
Alex Vipond: "Cool." He nodded, and turned, heading for the exit, shades pulled down and dropped onto his face. As he passed one of the afternoon DJs on his way in to start his shift, Alex grinned at him, flashed devil horns at him with his hands, gave a brief dap, and then told him he was a dick for missing his spot. "Come by the studio some time, I've got a bottle of twelve year old scotch that's smooth as silk and will hit you like a brick when it sneaks up on you." the two parted company and then Alex was stepping out the door, holding it for .... "I'm sorry, I'm Alex, I'm afraid I didn't get your name."
Phoenix Saga: She scooted along, moving to keep pace with him. Watching the brief exchange between the two. She gave a pleasant smile and spoke. "Oh yes, silly me. I am Jane, Jane Reese, local drawer of all things fantasy and real. I appreciate those who can make music. Did not know I would bump into a music man today. I tried to play a little but I found drawing and painting more my thing. Music and art, ultimate form of self expression, where musicians make the audio, painters make the visual, eyes and ears go hand in hand after all. Least I like to think so when art is concern. "She smiled kindly as he held the door open and she walked on through. The back of her shirt saying. "Monsters need love too." With a picture of Frankenstien right below it. The front of her shirt simply said,"Lions, tigers, and bears oh my," Cute and silly, which fit her perfectly. -fin-
Alex Vipond: Alex smirked at the shirt, his hand offered out, and while it was cool, it wasn't precisely cold. "Alex Vipond. Do you have a car here or do you want to ride with me?" He was, after all, a perfect stranger. He could be some crazed Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer type. He started for his car but he kept his steps, slow, measured as he awaited her answer on the transportation arrangements.
Phoenix Saga: "I took the bus so a ride would be find. You seem harmless enough in that cold seduce you make you die happy type of way." She giggled softly and took his hand. Now her hands felt oddly warm and yet cold at the same time. Conflicting body temperatures though could be blamed of the cold icecream and hotdog she had before or could it. True, this man was a perfect, complete stranger aside from a name to the face. Which could easily be fake, but she took self defense classes and could handle herself so long no guns were involved, dealing with those were tricky. "I appreciate the lift, be nice not sitting with smelly old people." She scrunched up her nose and stuck her tongue out, which made her look even more silly yet she was cute enough to pull it off. Course such antics of hers made it a hard time for people to take her seriously along with her young age. Though she took it all in stride like a trooper. -fin-
Alex Vipond: One brow rose as he regarded her after that comment, and he wasn't quite sure what to say. "Oookay...." He slipped his hand free, and dug his hand into his pocket, then pulled his phone. He dialed Meghan, a smile curving his lips, even though he got her voice mail. Sometimes he called, yes, just to hear her voice, even if he knew she wouldn't answer. "Baby, the radio spot went well, I'm heading back to the office. I'll call you when I'm about ready to walk out, okay?" He paused a moment, "Love you. Talk to you soon." He hit end, eyed the phone as he walked and then looked up in time to see the asshole that had run the girl down just now getting into a cab. "Yeah did him a lot of good to hurry up, didn't it?" Alex hit the button on his fob and the lights on the car parked in a space near the street flashed as the doors unlocked. Pulling the passenger door open, he smiled to her. "Your carriage awaits..."
Phoenix Saga: "Such a gentleman, I thought chivalry was dead in this generation age." She smiled politely and got into the vehicle's passenger side. Placing her drawing pad and bag of utensils on her lap as she awaited the next step in adventure time. Car was very nice, smelled good and was clean. Much better then smelly old bus or even subways she took before in the past. -fin-
Alex Vipond: Alex closed the door and rounded the Benz to the other side, sliding in behind the wheel. Buckling, he waited until Jane was settled and belted and then backed out and headed back to the studio. "Have you been in Seattle long?" He glanced at her as he drove, that double dragon ring on his right hand rolled around the digit by way of thumb. Fortunately they were not terribly far from the neighborhood of his studio.
Phoenix Saga: She would open her sketch book and look at her various drawsing while taking note of where they were going. To better help familizire herself with the area."No, just arrived a week ago or two. I was helping get the shop set up for a family caregiver. The Mint & Mystery, a new store that opened up and I was called to help out, since the owners practicaly raised me so the least I could do was chip in. Because of that, I have not been around Seattle any. Guess you can say I am like a lost wayward tourist, having absolutely no idea where to go." -fin
Alex Vipond: "Hey, I've been there." He smiled. "I picked some stuff up for my wife there. Candles and soaps and lotions and stuff." He nodded as he pulled up at the curb and killed the engine. "Really nice place." Sliding out, he rounded the Benz curbside and pulled the passenger door open. "Watch your step getting out."
Phoenix Saga: She carefully got out of the Benz and planted her sneakers right on the concreat ground. So like do you own this place or something? Since you called it your studio?" She thought that was rather neat and smiled about the comment of the shop."Yes, I like it as well, very peaceful there and nice smelling. Of course that is the goal the owners are going for, make you feel relax like you are at home which helps sell the merchandize if it gives you that relaxing , nice smelling feeling of home. I recomend talking to Amara, she is the nice one. Azura is...well to non customers, more strict. Yeah, I perfer Amara, she is the party one and pleasant to hang with so my time helpnig out there was not bad when she is around. Ah married man, congrats, may I ask how long?" -fin-
DvIsBane: The soft whistle flowed through those chords, an eery chime of one of Alex's songs. It's hollow expression lost and forlorn. Dance with the devil little angel, and someone might get hurt. Solai rounded the corner, no sound ticking those ballet slippers. The dress danced down in tatters, black and rounded nicely to a five foot tall beauty of pixie portions. Tattoos littered the flesh allowed sight, that head came up, the smile upon unpainted tiers anything but pleasant. One gold eye speared the woman standing at the side of the male, the red hue dancing up and down the length of his frame. There were no excuses, or apologies for interupting anything. " Hello Alex. " It was said, the words dancing melodiously across his already cold flesh, the girl was watched with curiosity, but she saw her as a non-entity for the moment. Finally her movement came to a stop, settling for measured time away from the two, arms twisting to wrap against her middle. "I've been looking for you. " Like old friends, but the woman wasn't someone anyone wanted to call friend. -e-
Alex Vipond: "Depending on which date you go by, it's either five or six months..." Yes, they actually had two anniversary dates, a month apart. When the woman rounded the corner the hair on the back of his neck rose and he went quiet, still, gaze regarding her for a long moment before he took careful stock of their surroundings. Mrs. Bainbridge was across the street, sweeping the walk in front of her herbal shop. Robin was in front of her crystal shop, same as she usually was when he pulled up, as if she knew when he would arrive. New age kitchen witch that one, still coming into her own. Mr. Sanders and his cronies were sitting outside his little barber shop, regaling each other about how it was 'back in the day'. All of this Alex took in, without once removing his gaze from the being in front of them, as if it were a video playing inside his head. "I'm afraid I have not had the pleasure."
Angelus de Caelo: Castiel did not once think about not appearing where he did. Beside Alex, as if he'd been there all along. That personal space issue would no doubt come into conversation again, at a later time. Any on the street observing, would not recall how the man got there, only that he seemed to have always been there, beside Alex. That almost expressionless face regarded the other being of celestial intent, with an almost curious regard before he slowly turned his head to regard Alex. "Of course you realize, this means we have to talk." The girl at Alex's side was given a glance before he looked back at the being facing them. "Just what are your intentions?"
DvIsBane: Fingertips pressed against the lace covered palms. Curse and blessings abound hidden beneath both. Nostrils flaired as the other appeared. His appearence an unexpected, but only slightly annoying interuption in her reasoning. The smile was beautiful that she offered, earth shatteringly so. Masking her presence from those on the streets she'd allow the illuminance of golden wings to show briefly, the black and blue blades at the tips only showing note that she was an angel of death, and as that of life. " Be still your feathers. I'm not here for him... Yet. " The dance of movement she gave brought her forth more persistantly, power gathering in the air, thunder and lightening streaming through fat clouds. " I am Solai Alex... Though I go by many names. You are making quite a persona for yourself, and that's not liked.. Perhaps you should listen to your friend here.. " Nostrils flaring at Castiel. " And what are your intentions with this man hm? Why is it now HE has chosen to intervene. " The Lord was odd yes, but he didn't send one to do his bidding while another was more appropriate. Alex was making waves and she was now going to be in the fray for it. -e-
Phoenix Saga: She blinked at the sudden appearance of not one, but two different people out of no where. This was a bit puzzling as she was not sure what to make of them or this circumstance. Discretion did not seem to be in either of these two vocabularies unlike her and her new found friend whom she suspect was more then he let on. She was rather good at spotting those subtle...irregularities. She made a small pout on her face and leaned into Alex."Does this mean our tour of your studio is on pause now? Should I be worried here?" She asked, rather bummed if the tour was on pause as she was wanting to know more about him and what he had to say about the place and maybe a possible job could be here. -fin-
Alex Vipond: And then Cas was there, at his side, and boy let me tell you, relief flooded every fiber of his being. There was a calm emanating from Castiel that soothed. It was as if a weight had been lifted and Alex relaxed somewhat, taking a moment to visually look around at his neighbors on the quiet little street of store fronts. Looking back at Solai, he rolled that gum around in his mouth. "Castiel I know. I trust. You I don't know. And forgive me for saying, but the riff you're laying down, isn't exactly giving me warm fuzzies." He shrugged. "Why don't we all just step inside and you can tell us just what it is you want."
Angelus de Caelo: "Alex is my assignment, Solai. You have no business here." He looked at Alex, as he spoke, and nodded. "An excellent recommendation." He looked back at Solai. "I am sure you will have no objection to such?"
DvIsBane: "I have business everywhere my dear. Don't flatter yourself for thinking I don't and quite frankly Alex I wasn't created to shit rainbows and make you feel warm and fuzzy. " That brow arched at the girl. Should she be worried? Most sane people would have been running. " I have no objections to a more intimate setting to discuss certain things. Are you bringing the toy Alex or is she going home? " Disdain was not in her voice. She judged not, but really the girl was just a side bar in the grand ploy. -e-
Phoenix Saga: From the look and feel of things, she was guessing these two beings were divine, celestial beings? Could they really be angels she heard about, the ones who played a part in her people coming to this world. She knew of demons for sure and witches and many other things that go bump in the night. Though if theses two were angels, it would be a fascinating learning experience since they were such a mystery to her and she needed to learn more. Information was always useful, especially since her caregiver always wanted updates from her. She wondered if they would alter their forms so she could get a good drawing sketch in. That be a perfect addition to the many creatures she has drawn in her sketch book. -fin-
Alex Vipond: Alex was going to have to compel the girl. No two ways about it. He couldn't have her having these memories. He scowled at Solai, and moved to the door, unlocking it and swinging it inward. "Ladies.... After you. Please, do go on back to the conference room. Can I get anyone, anything? Water, coffee, bourbon?" Alex followed them in, waiting until all had stepped inside, and closed the door behind them.
Angelus de Caelo: "I am fine, thank you." Castiel waited until the women were in, and then followed them, looking around at the decor. "You have done a fine job, here, Alex. It was difficult to see your vision of it in the beginning, but you have done quite well." He looked back at Alex and nodded, before he looked back at Solai. "What do you want?" That gruff voice was straight and to the point. Alex was, as stated, his responsiblity. He had every intention of making certain Alex remained unharmed.
DvIsBane: Her smile was down right rueful at her own little sense of humor, but she'd shift and drift into the dwelling, unerringly back to the conference room. " To bad Meghan's not here. I'm sure she would love to hear all the details. " Hearing Castiel stop the formalities once they were inside she'd simply shake her head. " Castiel he isn't going to come to harm by my hand today at least, but I will say this. There are those of the DarkBorn that are hunting him. So far they have left quite a mess for me to clean up, and thus it has made it my problem. " Turning those eyes had shifted to white, daring the other angel to challenge her on that. She did not sit, nor did she back down. " Now if you want to explain to me how Alex comes into the rifts that have been opening up from the netherworld I would really like it, because quite frankly if he becomes a problem you nor your protection detail is going to save him. Not even I can still the hands of fate. " -e-
Phoenix Saga: Well what do you know, the guy she bumped into was some kind of big shot or on some unknown most wanted list? She remained quite and felt it was safer to just shut up and draw while dialogues continued between the solids. Being her cute, tiny inconspicuous self, drawing something on her sketchpad as she looked at all three of them, memorizing their facial and physical features for later and her current drawing. -ifin-
Alex Vipond: "And just what details would those be, hm?" His eyes narrowed on the woman. The one way to piss him off, was to even hint at going at Meghan. And Alex tended to get even, rather than angry. He did in fact pour himself a bourbon and he made it three fingers deep, knocking it back before refilling the glass and watching the two angels square off like an old married ... or more aptly, divorced couple. "Wait, what fucking rift? I have not touched any damned rifts. I'm a fucking musician, Lady. Nothing more, nothing less. The sooner your goons and the goons on the other side get that through their heads, the better off we all are."
Angelus de Caelo: "If you do not like your job, then feel free to ask for reassignment. I am quite certain there are any number from the garrison who would be most happy to take over for you." Castiel didn't stop the girl from drawing. When their conversation was over, he would wipe the pages as clean of the events transpired within the studio as he would her mind. There was simply no point, at this time, in even letting it be of concern. "What ever rifts are opening up are not because of Alex. We know the forces of evil are moving, and steps have been taken to prevent their finding him." Hence the 'gut rape' as Alex had put it, and the Enochian 'angel scratches' as a certain set of brothers called them. "I am not new to the inner workings of an apocalypse. He is being protected. What will give him away, faster than anything, is an overabundance of heavenly intervention." Castiel paused. "I believe the term sought in this case is 'less is more'. If in future, you have the need to discuss things, then please, do so with me." He paused and pulled his phone, staring at it a long moment. "I can give you my number." Maybe.
DvIsBane: Sol knew what she was doing, she could feel it in Alex even if he couldn't feel it in himself. " I know what you are Alex. I know who you are. I know who wiped your ass at birth and who held you when you fell down." The soft glow that began at her legs and ran up the tattoos pulsed as she spoke, lashes fluttering down as the death bell rang silently within her. She would deal with that in a moment. " But I am not your enemy Alex, nor am I your friend. Just know that your ignorance or lack of wanting to know will and can put your dearest in danger. " Unwrapping her right hand she'd let that vortex spiral out, the shadows inking forward to create a very real scene infront of Alex of Meghan screaming and wreathing in agony as creatures so inhuman they were hard to look at fed from her. The moment Castiel spoke she'd suck the forbodance back within the realm of her palm covering her hand. " Your number?" She frowned at that. " What the hell is a number Castiel. All you have to do is speak and I am there. I don't think having your number will do me any good considering I don't deal in death numbers of other angels. " Of course Sol wouldn't know what a cell phone was, she had killed her mates last one. " I know that discretion is needed in this, and I will not show up at every corner, as for you touching a rift Alex.. It's not you that does it, it's just what is and what could become that is the unknown and unliked. " Said softly, eyes fading to onyx as she heard that death toll again. Castiel would probably hear it, but it wasn't something just anyone heard or needed to. The sound itself would be to devastating for mortal ears. -e-
Phoenix Saga: Her drawing was coming along nicely. Castiel cass, cassy? Was drawn as he is with a brown trench coat cover in glittered so he would sparkle in the sun and moonlight. She rather grinned at that and he was given an angel halo above his head with white puffy wings. The dark brooding chick was given black wings with a thunder smoke cloud over head as that was the impression she felt from miss doom and gloom over there. As for the kind, polite Alex, he was drawn in a custom made suit that looked dashing on him with music notes floating around him. Yes parts of her drawning could be called girlly but she was a girl and she found it cute. She smiled ,quite pleased with her drawing. Making a tiny Squee sound as she kicks her legs up and down from her chair with that carefree smile on her face. -fin-
Alex Vipond: "Meghan is protected. We are bonded. And It is not just me who protects her." She had Mars and the pack to protect her as well. "So do us all a favor and make sure those little hellions stay where the fuck they're supposed to." He looked from Solai to Cas and then over to Jane. Yes she would have to be wiped and sent on her way. He wasn't going to drag anyone else into this.
DvIsBane: "I will do my best Alex.. I am trying to keep it to where there are no more angels that befall this place. If the number of us grows there is no help to be found.. " That toll strummed louder, making her entire body pulse and tense. It was her calling. The very reason for her creation and before she hurt the others she had to get to where she needed. There was only one that could touch her at this moment, help her make a clean exit without bringing harm. "Castiel.. Rift opening, I need out.. " And she couldn't seem to bring a rift of her own up, the call had been ignored to long. He would have to help her leave, though a promise would be made then. " I will help in any way I can to keep that which you love safe Alex.. Castiel is as good as they come, just remember. Not all things are clear yet. " A hand sifted outwards towards Castiel. Out, she needed out. The call made her ears bleed, something big was coming she needed to meet it before it found her. -e-
Angelus de Caelo: Cas's gaze followed Alex's to the girl Jane and he stepped toward her, hand out, fingertips touching her forehead gently. In that moment, she would feel a warmth, a calm flow over her as sleep would drag her down. She would be out for some time, and when she woke she would have no memory of the event. The pages, her drawings of it, would be wiped as clean as her memory. Castiel turned to Solai, not knowing where, or when she was going, but if she needed a rift, it was more when than where. Taking her hand, the two were gone as suddenly as he'd appeared initially, in a rustle of khaki.
