110 South Horton Street Seattle, WA 98134
(206) 286-1312
Touted as one of the premier concert venues in the Pacific Northwest, having hosted shows for bands such as The Darkness, My Chemical Romance and Veruca Salt to Sick Of It All, Fishbone and Bring Me The Horizon it is almost always open for all ages, but that doesn't mean you can't grab a beer at the full bar overlooking the stage every night. Studio Seven also features twenty band rehearsal rooms. Each room is designed with one foot sound proofed walls ensuring privacy and eliminating disruptions from other rehearsing bands. All rooms are rented on a monthly basis and vary in size to fit your budget. Hourly space is also available. Nowhere else is it possible to rehearse, record and perform live under one roof.
Owned by a Houngan by the name of Javier, the place has been locked down, with wards and sigils to prevent violence from supernaturals. Javier has two rules. Do not disrespect his house and do not disrespect his business. Those who disobey the rules, will find themselves suddenly on the outside looking in. It is a place where all can come together and not worry about one faction attacking another.
Wards, sigils and gris gris protect the place, creating a dampening field and a 'cosmic' security system. Anyone using powers, attempting any violence or mental manipulation while within the sanctity of Studio Seven will find those energies turned back against them, seven fold. They may also find themselves bounced out, by way of voodoo magic.
OOC Note: The bartender is Teddy. Young kid, described as barely legal to tend bar. There are waitresses as well. Any of these NPCs can be played by those in need of service, especially when the room gets crowded.
*OOC Note: Studio Seven is a music venue, not a neighborhood bar. You will not find pool tables, dart boards, arcade games, a juke box or a DJ booth. There is a sound system that plays music, which the staff selects during those times when there is no live music, which is nearly very night.
