Said PI had tracked down Daewon Chow all the way to the morgue and yes, she'd even paid him a little visit there to make sure his cause of death was as reported. Once done, she'd head back to Chow's place and give it a good once over, checking through the man's mail, going through statements, and yes, even the man's trash was inspected.
Destiny sought a few things, other than a teenager. That was a given. She wanted to know if said teenager had met Chow here, or if he'd perhaps encountered him elsewhere. And hopefully, something would tell her where the kid had gone once he'd left Chow's.

Chow had cell phone bills, but no cell phone in the apartment. It hadn't been raided by the buildings super yet, so everything was as it was. Cabinets were full of cans of vegetables, but no soups, the fridge was also well stocked but no meat. there was a sheet on the bed but no blanket, and the pillow case but no pillow. The dresser drawers did look as if someone went though them and just kinda made an attempt of putting things back into place. There was no jewelry watches or anything like that to be found, one box of .38 bullets sat at the back of a closet, no gun. there was books missing from a bookshelf. Recent considering the amount of dust and the dust free areas. One window had paint scrapings at the bottom of the window pane where a knife or other object had been slid though to pop the lock and open the window. Nothing around that said Chow knew Ki in any way, or that anything bad had happened in the apartment to cause the mans death. Coroner would just tell Destiny that he died of natural causes, seemed to be sleeping when it happened. 911 did get a call from the address, that's when police found the body, but all they got was a call and a hang up. They tried calling back, no one answered, they sent a patrol unit over.
Street Search would turn up a bit more - after a bit of green to line the pockets, a couple of homeless would tell Destiny that they saw a kid with a pillowcase stuffed full of stuff a few nights back. Which was the night of the 911 call. They didn't remember which way the kid went.
